A SUCCESS STORY THAT'S BEEN BREWING FOR THREE CENTURIES
Independent Kent family brewers Shepherd Neame, who celebrated their tricentenary in 1998, are one of Britain's longest-running success stories. A story that's been brewing for 300 years! The Faversham Brewery produces more than 5.5 million gallons of beer a year. Traditional 'real' ales with names familiar to beer lovers such as Master Brew Bitter, Bishops Finger and Spitfire Premium Ale, first brewed in 1990 to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the Battle of Britain - fought and won in the skies over Kent.
